Returns/Refunds
• Contact us within 24 hours of package receipt.
• Returns accepted for STORE CREDIT only, no refunds, good towards anything on our website: firegypsyvintage.com, shipping not included.
• The item must be returned to the seller in the condition it was received, unworn and with original "Firegypsy Vintage" tags attached.
• The item must be shipped back within 72 hours of contact. Items are to be packed carefully in the same way they are shipped so that they are not damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the item be damaged due to haphazard packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued and/or your newly sized item will be returned to usually within a week.

• As we offer free domestic shipping, the original/actual shipping price will be deducted from any returned item and will not be included in your store credit. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
