The accents at the front and back have little round silver studs. One side of the bag reads Frye on a leather patch. The opposite side of the bag has the Frye embossed logo at the top. This has a key fob that reads Frye since 1863. The sides have a cinch belt detail. The two dual straps are extra thick and durable. The inside is a snap top closure with large inner zipper pocket and two slip pockets. The inside is a gray canvas cotton. This bag is meant to be naturally patinaededed. This could be subtly dyed with black leather to have an even black tone, but this came naturally showing aged patina to the leather. This is a very large bag, it can fit the largest of laptops. Great for travel, school or everyday. The leather is thick but supple. Originally paid $700 for this purse. This is late 90s, early Y2K era. This has a bohemian-chic and western-moto aesthetic.
