This is a vintage 1980s 90s denim vest with added US flag and little white fringe that decorates the back. The front buttons were changed and are little blue decorative ones. This jacket is marked a woman's size large. It's 100% cotton. This is so cute for 4th of July. There are buttons at the back waist and two small dual front pockets that can fit earbuds.
