This is a stunning 1950s to 1970 Denim chore jacket Barn coat. By Storm Rider Lee, this denim jacket has faux sherpa poly shearling lining and red interior on the sleeves and arms. This jacket is stunning. It has a top front some called map pocket as well as two front flap button pockets. This has zigzag triangular stitching along the front. This is really great condition and no flaws for the age besides a few dots on one pocket. The sleeves seem slightly short on this for a man, but the best fit is a medium-mens or large womens. Cheerful quilted red sleeve lining. Soft broken in denim, a true collectors piece of Americana.
This jacket is most likely from the 1960s-1970s It features a longer chore style compared to the standard short-waisted "trucker" Storm Riders. The classic zig-zag stitching on the front placket is an iconic Lee design element used for reinforcement.Lining: While many Storm Riders have a striped wool "blanket" lining, this version is factory-outfitted with faux-shearling/sherpa fleece in the body and collar, with a red quilted nylon lining in the sleeves for easier movement.
