Accenting the top, a satin brocade in red panels the back shoulders and a long strip of velvet down the back. This is made late 80s, early 90s by Rampage. It is 100% rayon, made in the United States, marked size medium. This has a loose, larger fit. There are two large floral brass buttons at the low waist.
