Inner zipper pocket and smaller side pouches on the inside. This is either a textured leather in lizard print or actual lizard print or actually lizard leather. Zip top closure with a snap at the sides. Snap button is marked by Italy. This is a medium-sized baguette purse it has metal feet on the bottom and is in perfect condition.
