This is an extreme weather parka. Vintage 70s to 90s era sage green  coat. This is marked men's medium best fit women's large to extra large. Dual zipper and button closure. Two large front flat pockets and two snap slit pockets at the front.  At upper arm zippered pocket and Pen pocket at the sleeve. Cinch buckle funnel hood that completely closes up to keep the winter chill out. Fuzzy white faux fur at the top of the hood. 
ribbed knit bands are designed to fit snugly around the wrist, providing comfort, shape retention, and protection from wind. This may possibly be a military issue parka.
